The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) is excited to announce the inaugural PATA Youth Symposium & Career Fair, set to take place on August 27 in Bangkok, Thailand. This event, now open for registration, will coincide with PATA Travel Mart 2024 and marks the 25th anniversary of PATA’s establishment in Thailand.
The PATA Youth Symposium promises a day filled with engaging and interactive activities designed to inspire and educate the next generation of travel professionals. A key highlight of the event is the special career fair segment, where students will have the opportunity to explore diverse career paths and connect with industry experts. The symposium will feature participation from seven leading organizations in the Asia Pacific travel and tourism sector, including Dusit Careers, Khiri Travel, Rama Gardens Hotel Bangkok, and Travel Compositor, providing attendees with invaluable insights and networking opportunities.
The event will be graciously hosted by Dusit Thani College at Srinakarin Hall, located on the college’s campus. Renowned for its excellence in cultivating talent in hotel management, culinary arts, and business administration, Dusit Thani College provides the perfect setting for young individuals to connect with industry leaders. Attendees will have the chance to gain valuable insights and stay ahead of the curve in the tourism industry through expert presentations, panel discussions, roundtable talks, and mentorship opportunities.
