Children’s Cookie Decorating Class
Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos will host cookie-decorating classes for children at Proof on December 8 and 15, 2024, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Each child will decorate delicious gingerbread cookies to take home. The cost is USD 50 per child under 12.
Outdoor Holiday Movie Series
This December, guests are invited to enjoy beloved holiday classics on a giant outdoor screen under the twinkling lights and starry desert sky. The movie schedule is as follows:

Breakfast with Santa
The beloved Breakfast with Santa returns on December 15, 21, and 22, 2024, featuring a festive buffet and an appearance by Santa. Two seatings are available: one at 8:30 am and the other at 10:30 am. USD 70 per adult and USD 30 for children 12 and under, excluding tax and gratuity.
New Year’s Eve Celebrations
Onyx will ring in the New Year from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am with champagne, caviar, a DJ, and a dance floor. Attendees must be 21 years or older.
